Ayuda alimentaria: organizaciones sociales protestan frente a Capital Humano
Este lunes, organizaciones sociales se agruparon en las inmediaciones al Ministerio de Capital Humano, luego de la ministra de Capital Humano, Sandra Pettovello increpara la semana pasada a los manifestantes y dijera que iba a recibir “una por una a la gente que tiene hambre” para evitar a los intermediarios.
Desde las 9 de la mañana, los manifestantes hacen fila para anotarse en un listado y aguardan la respuesta de la funcionaria.
Ayer, pese a la negativa del Gobierno a dejar la ayuda social manos de las organizaciones piqueteras, desde Capital Humano transfirieron más de $ 243.000 millones a los dos programas que dependen de la Secretaría de Niñez, Adolescencia y Familia. El Potenciar Trabajo involucra 1,2 millones de beneficiarios, mientras que la Tarjeta Alimentar repercute en alrededor de cuatro millones de personas.
Sin embargo, la ayuda no fue suficientes y las organizaciones informaron que “se realizará una fila mediante la cual cada persona pueda ingresar al ministerio a los fines de obtener respuesta a la emergencia alimentaria agravada por la crisis económica” y que “la misma acción se realizará en simultáneo y en diversas delegaciones de la Secretaria de Niñez y Familia en todo el país”.
En un comunicado, la Unión de Trabajadores de la Economía Popular (UTEP) llamó a la acción “la fila de la pobreza” y confirmó ayer que se harían presentes este lunes en el Ministerio de Capital Humano, en respuesta al pedido de la ministra Sandra Pettovello respecto de atender “una por una” a las personas en emergencia alimentaria. La actividad central comenzó a las 9 en la intersección de Juncal y Carlos Pellegrini, Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

En diciembre, el Gobierno suspendió los envíos de alimento a los comedores sociales y ahora planteó un nuevo esquema en el que podrán administrar sus propias compras con una tarjeta. “Se dio de baja el sistema de entrega discrecional de alimentos secos para implementar la modalidad de transferencia monetaria directa a los comedores y asociaciones sin intermediación”, explicaron.
De acuerdo con las versiones oficiales, la decisión apunta a “transparentar la política alimentaria” y “terminar con los gerentes de la pobreza”, según se detalló el Ministerio en un comunicado.
“El Ministerio de Capital Humano obtendrá la nómina de cada persona (nombre, apellido y DNI) que asiste al comedor, lo cual permite identificar a los niños y familias con una mirada integral”, explicaron. Y aseguraron que “con esta nueva modalidad, los comedores podrán comprar alimentos secos, pero también frescos (carne, verdura, huevo, leche, fruta) y así se garantiza una mejor nutrición en los niños”, de acuerdo con lo que señalaron desde el Gobierno.
