El Gobierno halló sobreprecios y adjudicaciones sin concursos en las auditorias a los Registros del Automotor
El Ministerio de Justicia, bajo la gestión del presidente Javier Milei, ha iniciado una auditoría exhaustiva a 141 registros del automotor en todo el país que ya estaban intervenidos. Los escándalos incluyen gastos inflados, adjudicaciones sin concurso y falta de rendición de cuentas. La revisión busca exponer posibles irregularidades y determinar el futuro de cada interventor.
En las últimas horas, se han implementado fiscalizaciones digitales en 25 registros en varias provincias. El proceso de revisión contempla auditorías externas para garantizar imparcialidad. Se examinarán los gastos, desde sueldos hasta alquileres y servicios, para identificar posibles desvíos financieros. El Ministerio de Justicia enfatiza que el objetivo no es una “caza de brujas” sino la identificación de prácticas irregulares.

Alrededor del 40% de los 1554 registros del país están bajo intervención, con designaciones transitorias que podrían ser revocadas fácilmente. La revisión se realiza en el marco de un cambio más amplio hacia la digitalización del sistema de registros y la necesidad de poner fin a prácticas cuestionables en el sector.
La auditoría podría llevar a denuncias penales si se descubren sobreprecios en los gastos informados ante la AFIP. Además, no se descarta el cierre de registros que carezcan de justificación. El enfoque también se dirige a las designaciones por favores políticos, comunes en décadas anteriores.
El Gobierno de Milei también está evaluando los últimos concursos y nombramientos en la Dirección Nacional del Automotor. Las declaraciones del vocero presidencial indican una revisión más amplia de los registros en todo el país. Simultáneamente, se avanza en la digitalización del sistema, aunque coexistirá temporalmente con el método tradicional debido a la necesidad de firmas digitales.
