Máximo ordenó votar en contra de la coparticipación del impuesto Pais: “Hay que rechazar toda la ley”
Con el tratamiento de la ley ómnibus lanzada, Axel Kicillof hizo llegar a través de un diputado su postura a favor de la coparticipación del impuesto al cheque, pero Máximo Kirchner cruzó esa estrategia y argumento: “Hay que rechazar toda la ley”.
El bloque de Unión por la Patria (UxP) se reunió antes del inicio de la sesión de este martes, en un encuentro que tuvo densidad política: se discutió qué tipo de construcción parlamentaria necesita el peronismo en la oposición.
Fuentes kirchneristas revelaron a LPO que uno de los legisladores llevó la postura del gobernador Axel Kicillof sobre el impuesto PAIS, luego que como reveló este medio, los diputados dejaran trascender su malestar porque el bonaerense y los otros gobernadores peronistas no defendían públicamente la coparticipación del impuesto, como hizo el cordobés Llaryora.
Según un funcionario del gabinete provincial, Kicillof habría conversado telefónicamente con un diputado para manifestarle que estaba a favor de coparticipar el impuesto, en sintonía con lo que demandan los gobernadores que se encolumnan en ese reclamo con Llaryora.

Durante la reunión de bloque, uno de los legisladores postuló que UxP debería acompañar la iniciativa de los bloques aliados para coparticipar el impuesto. La explicación política atendía a dos razonamientos convergentes: por un lado, coparticiparía recursos para las provincias y, particularmente, para Buenos Aires, pero por otro lado supondría una derrota de Javier Milei, propiciada por el kirchnerismo.

Sin embargo, Máximo Kirchner se rechazó la posición. Para el jefe de La Cámpora, habría que rechazar de plano la ley ómnibus y, en todo caso, convocar a una sesión especial para tratar el impuesto PAIS aparte, en una coincidencia con los gobernadores de Juntos, como anticipó LPO.
“Que el radicalismo venga y vote ahí”, habría sido el textual de Máximo, según reconstruyó LPO a partir de la conversación con otros legisladores presentes. La situación llegó a desconcertar incluso a una legisladora que llamó a su jefe político, un intendente del conurbano bonaerense. “Vos hacé lo que defienden los que están con el gobernador”, habría sido la indicación del jefe municipal.
Por lo demás, un legislador advirtió que el debate no arrojó ganadores y perdedores porque no se votó. “Solo expusimos lo que pensamos”, se atajó. No obstante, un compañero suyo en el bloque reconoció que la mayoría adhirió al criterio de los gobernadores que pelean por la coparticipación ya mismo.
