Piden a la ANSES que rechace la pensión de Alberto Fernández: “Sería una burla para todos los argentinos”
Tras conocerse que el ex presidente de la Nación, Alberto Fernández, inició el pedido para obtener la jubilación honorifica por su periodo al frente del Poder Ejecutivo, la legisladora porteña, Graciela Ocaña, solicitó que la ANSES no le conceda ese privilegio.
“Sería una burla para todos los argentinos y en especial aquellos que votaron para terminar con los privilegios de la casta política”, indicó la ex diputada nacional en referencia al escrito presentado ante el organismo estatal.
Es que en las últimas horas se supo que el actual presidente del PJ nacional, que se encuentra residiendo en España, justo a su esposa y su hijo menor, había solicitado a través de un abogado particular que se comience con el trámite para adquirir la pensión que ronda los siete millones de pesos mensuales.

“Que Alberto se atreva a pedir una jubilación por su gestión, que ha sido desastrosa, con la fiestita de Olivos y el vacunatorio VIP, por recordar algunos de sus hitos y los más de 100 causas judiciales que se están tramitando por denuncias que recibió en los 4 años de mandato”, sostuvo Ocaña en declaraciones radiales.
En ese sentido, la legisladora indicó que no le sorprende que “Alberto sea un sinvergüenza que haya pedido este beneficio. Lo hizo justamente los días previos en que seguramente el Congreso elimine y ojalá para siempre, este privilegio que han tenido los presidentes y los vicepresidentes, de cobrar ingresos que son muy superiores a la jubilaciones y pensiones que hoy están recibiendo la mayor parte de los jubilados argentinos”, agregó.
La Diputada se refiere a que la Ley Ómnibus de Javier Milei, que se trata esta semana en el Congreso, incluye la eliminación de ese derecho para el cargo de presidente y vicepresidente de la Nación, aunque lo mantiene para los miembros de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
En la nota presentada ante el ente administración estatal, con fecha del lunes 5 de febrero, Ocaña solicita al Director de la ANSES, Osvaldo Giordano, “que se deniegue un eventual pedido por parte del ex presidente Alberto Fernández para el cobro de la asignación mensual vitalicia para Presidente regulada en la ley 24.018”, alegando que “es evidente que no va a residir en nuestro país”, ya que el ex mandatario se encuentra en Europa desde el fin de su mandato.
“La ANSES no puede ser cómplice de estas obscenidades, ya bastante tenemos los ciudadanos con la obscena jubilación de privilegio de Cristina Kirchner y ahora tenemos que sumarle el disparate de Alberto Fernández”, concluyó la ex ministra de Salud.
